The Recipe Built his reputation initially as a emcee, but he showed a early affinity for the studio and composition. his eventual move toward production was inevitable.
And so, in 1991 Back Against The Wall Productions was born. It wasn't long before The Recipe and BATW became among the most respected underground producers in the entire Bay Area.
